Behind the sailing brand C-Yacht is the shipyard Zaadnoordijk Yachtbuilders, which received the name of its founder. In 1947, Rinus Zaadnoordijk opened a small marina in Eitgest.
C-Yacht is part of the brands of the shipyard Zaadnoordijk Yachtbuilders, which also produces yachts under the brands Wajer Yachts, Dutch Sat and Centaur.
The production base of the shipyard is located in the Frisian city of Heerenveen. All work is done on its own, from molds to teak interiors.
