The history of Kawasaki jetski is vast and long - the first model appeared back in 1976.
The current Jet Ski SX-R received the latest lightweight fiberglass body with a pronounced V-shaped cross section, a modified steering and improved ergonomics, but the engine can be considered the most significant element.
Jet Ski SX-R equipped with a 4-stroke in-line 1.5-liter engine, which is twice as powerful as its predecessor - 800 SX-R. It develops 160 hp. (118 kW) at 7,500 rpm.
With a curb weight of 250 kg, this allows for impressive dynamics and top speed. The fuel supply has also increased, compared with its predecessor - from 17 to 23 liters.
The improved management in combination with the new building allowed, according to the developers, to significantly improve maneuverability, especially in slalom and when passing sharp turns.
